Account Deletion Policy

At Asha Choice, we respect your data privacy and grant users full control over their personal accounts and data.

1. Requesting Account Deletion

Users can submit an account deletion request directly through the mobile application under My Profile > Request Account Deletion or by contacting our support team.

2. Processing Deletion Requests

Once submitted, your account deletion request will be set to Pending review by our administration team. Administrators process deletion requests promptly.

3. Data Handling & Session Termination

Upon admin approval of your deletion request:

Your account status will be deactivated.
All active authentication tokens and mobile sessions will be immediately revoked.
Personal details associated with your user account will be permanently removed or anonymized in accordance with applicable legal and financial record-keeping regulations.
